Hi John. I’m sorry to hear they were to narrow. However the boots width was entered on the description. (B stands for narrow) The boots are in excellent condition & properly described thus not deserving the 3 star review. Please reconsider as we’ve never once received a bad rating before. You can also state your case to Poshmark for a refund
