minerva208 hi Jocelyn, I want to accept your offer for the blue shorts, but I need the waist measurement just to make sure it'll fit me. I'm definitely a size 4 but I've seen it be either too small or too big. Hoping the waist measures between 13. 5 and 14 inches when laying flat. Would you please check and let me know?

jmarchi2 Hello! I measured and the waist is 13.5 inches lying flat. I added the picture of the measurement to the listing! I also have the matching blazer if you’re interested!
