Hey Joan
You purchased the Fendi booties from our shop which have been checked by Posh Concierge and authenticated just fine but they are having an issue with the sizing.
You purchased size 8 US which converts to size 38.5 EU.
We shipped size 38.5 to Poshmark, but they think that size 38 EU corresponds to size 8 US which is not true and not what Fendi recommends on their official size guide.
Please let them know if that's your size so they can proceed with shipping your order.
