Hi! You noted the packaging, cleanliness and my responsiveness could improve. I'm confused because I shipped the dress in less than 24 hours and I didn't have any questions from you so I don't know how my responsiveness could improve. The dress is brand new so the cleanliness can't improve and I wrapped the dress in colorful wrapping tissue. Also, you wrote such a nice love note... Any insight would be very helpful.
