power2charm Hi Jennifer, i purchased a pair of Coach flats from you in August. I wore them for the first time today and the sole of the left shoe fell off within minutes of walking out the front door. The sole was attached with double sided tape that is clearly a repair, and not the manufacturer's construction. I am very disappointed.

eastcoastjenn @power2charm I’m very surprised by this - they were purchased brand new and only worn a handful of times. I can confirm that they were certainly not repaired - I didn’t wear them enough to warrant any repairs. It sounds like a manufacturer’s issue to me.
