You bought my purse and I'm having issues shipping. This is my first time selling something like this online and I feel very uncomfortable with posh there's no customer service number. I've emailed them twice. This is an expensive purse and I'm scared if they lose it they are very slow to respond

My friends have used Poshmark and it has been legitimate. I tried in September to buy the same style bag as yours through Poshmark. When they received it , it wasn't as described they contacted me to show me additional photos and let me opt out , which I did. I feel confident using them now. I have contactd them just now to ask them to help you. We should hear back from them soon. I live in the Houston area as well. I don't blame you for being wary

@jensun11 the main thing I'm worried about is that it's insured and there is no way it's insured through USPS with their shipping for the amount of the bag.

Postmark must have some way of sending things back and forth. I don't know what the steps are from then sellers side. If we live in the same area are we allowed to negotiate the transaction instead of sending it to them first ? Do you have the receipt from the galleria?thanks
