I’m so sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. I take my sales and ratings very seriously. If you had contacted me about the item I would have gladly refunded you. I’m not too sure what was wrong with the bag. I pictured the flaw and said it was in good condition not new condition. I wrapped the package with a note and shipped it almost same day. Not sure what was wrong.
