nami001 @davlyn12404 Hi 🤗 just an update, I just dropped your package off at the post office. I wanted to get it to you as quickly as possible. Once it scans into their system you'll be able to track your package as it makes it's journey to you. Often times the PO doesn't update the status until the package has reached your local PO or doorstep. From Hawaii it typically takes 4 business days. nami001 @davlyn12404 Hi there, I got your comment about a white scuff mark on the strap. I'm sorry this is something I didn't see. I try to be as describe & accurate as possible as I certainly wouldn't myself want to be disappointed with a purchase. Pls return the bag for a full refund including shipping. Posh will cover the return shipping. You can keep the gifts I sent with your purchase. Just to let you know when you rate a seller it hurts or helps their status with Posh.

nami001 Pls give a seller a way to respond & fix your displeasure before rating them. Sellers like myself work very hard to establish a good standing with Posh & with buyers. I tried to get it to you as soon as possible & sent it out the same day you purchased. Anyway, pls return for a full refund. I wouldn't want you to be unhappy with your purchase. Aloha xoxo
