I’m genuinely disappointed—not just because the stitching is so off on the back seam and sides that the dress is completely unwearable, but because I haven’t received any response from you. At this point, I feel taken advantage of. I trusted this purchase and expected professionalism and fairness in return. But I did not receive any 😞
