Hi Jim, thank you for your rating. We’d love to be able to include directions for use and dosage however it is against the law for us to even mention ingesting Kratom. It’s a botanical specimen that hasn’t been evaluated by the FDA yet for human consumption. Please seek dosage and directions for use on the internet. It’s busting at the seams with helpful info. So the vendors who sell kratom cannot include any of directions, however there are forums that can direct you to info.

Oh also Jim I forgot to mention that there’s a website American Kratom Association that has mountains of info regarding Kratom that could be very beneficial to you as far as what strains work best for certain conditions/issues and what the effects of each strain can induce. 😊
