Hi, I dropped off the wool coat package last week. Not sure why it does not have track status yet, I’ll look into it and let you know.

Hi I dropped the package to my building’s concierge on Friday afternoon. The mailman did not come yesterday because it was a holiday. They’ll come and pick up the package today. You’ll see the update by tomorrow.
