My concern about it being authentic is in the photos you can see marks where the front of the bag “mold” around stuff in the bag. I have a black Coach that’s similar to your red one & the leather is very stiff & smooth with no marks. l also have a high quality faux leather RLL tote that has made similar marks from being packed full of stuff.
Can the bag be returned for full refund including shipping?

@purplefb I completely understand your concern. Unfortunately the bag itself is not saffiano leather which holds its shape. This bag is more of a coated canvas. I can always send you more pictures and if you don’t want the bag I completely understand. I looked up Poshmark’s policy and this is what it says (sorry it’s long). It looks like you can return it if it does not meet the description but it has to be done though Poshmark. Let me know if there’s any other concerns.

@purplefb “All sales are final on Poshmark. A buyer may open a case with us if they don't receive their item or the item they receive is not as described within the listing. This means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Poshmark if the item simply does not fit or they no longer want the item - as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing.

If the return is verified, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer them a full refund.”
