Good morning Jacqueline! Glad you received your package. The description clearly stated that it was one stone missing and that there is slight discoloration inside the shoe so I was a bit surprised by your rating. If you go back to the description and read where the "red alert" is you will see that I had mentioned that. I always mention any flaws so the buyer is aware before purchasing.
