redleathergirly Hi @gwen__sg I sent your package out on 12/10. I keep checking the tracking and it shows that it's stuck in Philly at the post office awaiting a package scan (since 12/13). Since it's now 12/19 I'm really upset that it hasn't gotten to you. Before I start making calls and complaining I wanted to check in with you to see if you had done anything regarding this. I'm so SORRY :(
