I folded it and placed it in there as nicely as I could but I see how it could maybe get jumbled in transit. I truly apologize! frockology101 I am so sorry the birdhouse arrived damaged! That upsets me as well because I really tried to secure it properly in the package! This is my 2nd item sold to not survive shipping & my other item was well secured too! The other buyer was not as nice about it & wanted their money back. The item sold for $15 & was over the 5 lbs shipping label limit, so I only received a dollar or two from the sale.

One of the salad plates cracked during shipping. I felt bad, but very upset with how much time I put into trying to package it just right so that wouldn’t happen!

The basket arrived in beautiful condition. My only issue was that it smelled like smoke. I didn’t call it out in my review because I knew it had been in transit and felt like it wasn’t a seller issue. I have aired it out and now it’s fine...not always the case if it’s coming from a smoker home. Thank you...and cheers!
