Hello. I see you received the bag you purchased from me on 6/27. You left me a 1 star rating because my shipping time needed improvement. You purchased Thursday, I mailed Friday and you received Monday. I think
that's a pretty good turn around time. In addition you said the cleanliness of the bag needed improvement. The bag was worn once! It was spotless. Come one now.
