Hello, Gary. I just saw your rating for the Merrell loafers. I'm so sorry! They were from a large lot of shoes and I had no idea they were defective. Trying to figure out a way to refund your purchase and shipping costs, but not having much luck. I'll contact Poshmark's support team and see what options we have to make sure you get all of your money back. Will let you know as soon as I have more info. I'm truly very sorry for the inconvenience and will make it right.
