@mcgowanem Hi! It looks like the David Yurman bracelet got returned because the addressee was not known. It now looks like it is tracking again. We’re you able to update the address? I am not sure what the problem is.

@brookej1000 hi there! I just tracked it and it says instead of “delivered”, “address unknown, miami FL”. I have no idea how Florida would be associated with my account at all! My address was correct on the shipping info. I’ll call poshmark in the morning and see what’s up! Thanks for reaching out!

@brookej1000 hi! All poshmark told me is that it was returned :/ not much help. Could you maybe ship it again? I wish I could help you pay for shipping if they make you re pay it but I don’t usually operate outside of the app. But If you have any ideas on what to do let me know! If there’s a non sketchy way to send you money for shipping I would haha😊 let me know!

@mcgowanem Poshmark told me if the tracking doesn’t update by 2/10, I think it is insured on my end so they should refund you the money.
