georgia405 @karleekitty04 if that seller will just email Posh support and tell them she wants to refund you Posh will send you the label to ship the stuff back to her - hopefully she does the right thing. As soon as you get the label send EVERYTHING back the same day if possible. Then as soon as it shows delivered, Posh will issue your refund. Same day. But the seller herself won’t be able to refund you, it’ll have to be Posh that does it. I’m so sorry you had to deal with this.

georgia405 @karleekitty04 and just FYI, in the future you can tag me in ANY listing and I will be more than happy to tell you if it’s authentic or not. Not a plug for my own closet, but I have been selling makeup on Posh a long time. I know all the makeup sellers and I know whether or not they are legit. I hate that Posh won’t do things faster to get rid of the bad closets, but honestly it’s about the $$ to them.
