hollyelismith Hi Emily, I posted the picture of the soles of those boots for you. Upon trying them on again I can confirm they are definitely a true size 8.5 and are in excellent condition. The soles are also in excellent condition. I am only selling them because we just bought our first home and I need to purge my boots + we need the money. Let me know what you think :)
