emmsaldridge @shelbykhol hello i have a question/problem. So i recently purchased some shoes and then i received a message from the seller saying the item was sold, so i assumed this meant that it was no longer available. So I then found another seller of the shoes and bought those. However when I checked today the first seller states she will be mailing my shoes on monday, after she emailed me saying they were sold. This is a problem because I do not need the shoes any longer since i already found another.

shelbykhol @emmsaldridge The seller will not get paid until you accept the order or 3 days after it arrives automatically. You can either wait to receive them and not accept them. Then you have to get a return label from Poshmark and send them back. (Get the return label and process the return ASAP through Poshmark) or you can contact PoshMark and let them know what happened. See if they can go ahead and cancel it for you.

emmsaldridge @shelbykhol it was through poshmark. When i clicked on the message it took me to a page that said the item was sold

emmsaldridge The money has already been deducted from my account..so when i return the item will i be reimbursed? Where do i get the return label?

shelbykhol @emmsaldridge Yes, you should get your money back when you return them. When they arrive you will get a notice from PoshMark saying that your order has arrived and if you accept the order or not. You will then decline the order and then you should get the option for a return label. It is a pretty easy return process. So sorry this happened to you. The seller should have been nice and let you know that he/she actually still has the shoes and see if you still wanted them.

shelbykhol @emmsaldridge PoshMark puts the money on hold until you accept the order or 3 days after receiving the order. So just make sure you decline the order as soon as possible. If you have anymore questions or when the arrive if you need some help just contact me
