kiindergt My Gucci purse arrived. It is 14" wide not 33". The zipper does not work. It slides, yet it does not close--it is open no matter on which side of the zipper the slide is. It is totally defective. YOU DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS FACT. I spent $50. for nothing. Actually 56, cuz I was charged $6. s/h instead of the $3. the page said. HELP!!!!
