When something is not shipped Posh sends a notification to both party after 5 days and if item is not shipped after 7 days you are allowed to cancel. Also if package was not shipped how and when did they authenticate the bag? Was the package nicely wrapped with my thank you card? They are holding our money for absolutely no reason and will not respond to any of my requests.
