I received 4 stars as well for an immaculate Ellie Tahari piece and lightening fast shipping, a thank you note, tissue paper, a credit to give to a friend and she gave me no explanation for the four stars. It made me feel better coming here and seeing that she give 4 stars often with no explanation. I would not think another second on this matter and keep up the good work. I looked at your page and notes and there’s nothing you or I could do differently.

Who doesn't say thank you for a gift, the effort put into taking pride in wrapping and great price? Maybe she doesn't understand English well or she doesn't get it. You are right, I couldn't do anything differently. I just have to remember to always be thankful. A little kindness goes a long way.
