@tevanian I got the grey t-shirt back today and be aware that your "funds" were released to me for the grey t-shirt; I believe you will need to start a "claim" so we can get you the correct item -- I can send you a mailing label once you start a claim

@tevanian here is what shows up on my computer when I go to our transaction and from the "problem/inquiry" link I chose "sent the wrong item" -- this is the message I am seeing
Sent the wrong item
We understand that you have accidentally sent the wrong order to the buyer. Thank you for reporting the issue. We have contacted the buyer and notified them to open a 'Received Wrong Item' case once they receive the order. Rest assured, we have a process in place to help correct the issue.
