deniseandronnie @sirengirl hello. Could you help? Im very new to the whole buying experience & already disappointed. I ordered a pair of shoes & they still have not been shipped yet. The seller will not respond back. Does poshmark contact the seller & ask them to ship on the buyers behalf?

queenslaces @deniseandronnie hi. I'm sorry to hear that. Poshmark will definitely give sellers a nudge via email if they aren't shipping quickly. If your seller doesn't ship your order within 7 days of purchase, you have the option to cancel your order and get a full refund. You can do this by going to your Account Tab → My Purchases → click on the item you purchased → Problems/Order Inquiry.

deniseandronnie Yes they do. Don't worry if the seller doesn't ship you will be refunded. It's happened quite a few times to me too. After I've purchased something I always have to unfortunately keep my fingers crossed that the seller will ship it out. I know how disappointing it can be especially when you really find something you like.
