I just wanted to let you know, those bottle sometimes do leak some how, so I made sure the bottle was good before I shipped it, but it must’ve leaked or something once it got to you, which that was outside of my control but I still do apologize for it! as for the not being able to open it, I’m not really sure what to say there. I’ve never had anybody come to me with that problem before! But I hope you can get it to open!
