Hello, I’m sorry you felt that the item was not up to your liking. I washed the item thoroughly both in the bathtub and run through the dishwasher on “sanitize” before packaging up carefully and shipping. I never noticed any scuff marks, and I would remind you that the item was not marked “new” and was sold, cheaply, as a used item. Never shop with me again. Thank you. Sellers beware.

You said I’m your review that you would ha e liked to have an indication that the item was used. The very first word in the item description is EUC (Excellent Used Condition) so giving me a three star rating because you don’t understand what an item description means, is wrong. Sellers beware.

@stmbtgrl you know, I’m really sorry, that’s my mistake. I am very new to this platform and I guess I misunderstood the listing of the condition. That said, the item we received was not “clean” per se, though it was not filthy. I did think that your inclusion of dog treats was thoughtful. In no way was my review meant as a personal attack or judgement, as your response seems to be... Also, item selling “cheaply” in the condition we received it was actually 33% off MSRP new. “Buyers beware”
