I would have appreciated the opportunity to refund your item instead of getting a bad review. I didn’t list the item as having a box or picture a box with them. I packaged them in expensive bubble mailer roll material with a kind handwritten note, I securely taped the package to protect them in transit. I do hope you enjoy them and wish you the best but I am saddened you did not attempt contact to work out a refund since you disliked the type of packaging used to lovingly ship your item.
