lookhautecoutur I am sorry you are upset with the condition of the shoe, and do my best to explain the condition of item.. I wrote it could use more insoles, but I did clean the shearling about 3 seperate times, since I do ugg cleaning and can assure you the shoe is clean.

You wanted a Gucci, There is one I can do for Cameryn if you look at my gucci bracelets one is a locket it is glass surrounded by genuine crystals...that has the gucci on top.I made one for myself and inside I have a picture of my daughter and grandaughter inside. I think that would be wonderful for you, more sentimental and timeless....
