alliwhallybtq @daphaniebolan of course! I am happy to help:) what you can do is go into the app on Poshmark, click on “my purchases”- which can be found in the lower far right bottom corner, and it will take you to all of your purchase history! Click on that listing where you bought the shoes -(it will pop into a new screen) and then click “message seller” which will be half way down the middle part of the new screen.

alliwhallybtq … (I had to split the message in two it was too long)…. They yet reach out to that seller and be like- “hello! I am new here and excited to receive these shoes!
