gerbel_anne Hi so they did not authenticate, and only reason they agreed to resolve is because I'm willing to take it back. Lol you can actually have it authenticated with fee with other app. Not sure if you still like to keep it. But it is 100% authentic. No worries if you decided to return too.

gerbel_anne So, I sent them an email and apparently they are busy for the posh fest, I am just frustrated they did not authenticate this and just cancel a sale. No help at all.
