naesclozet @cynthiathibault that’s so weird!! I mailed it Sept. 18th I’ve been checking with the post office daily and they just keep saying it was mailed to you but the mail carrier didn’t scan it... I am working on it diligently I can assure you that. I’ve provided POSH with the tracking info I received from the post office showing it was mailed. Omg I apologize, this is so crazy! Hoping we can get it settled soon! Thank you for being so patient 🙏🏾😍
