hi there. i am sorry you werent happy woth the condition of the coat. i had it treated and what might seem like stains is most likely the way the sherpa is directed kinda like microfiber when you sit on it or touch itn.

i brushed ot before i sent it. ugg sells a set with protector, freshner l, wayerproof and a brush. i brushed it but packaging woukd mark it. brush it in obe direction and i think you will see what is going on.
