kalee_allred Since you opened a case with posh they really cannot do much. You’d have to return your entire bundle to get the shoes back to me. If you still have the original package and label you can write return to sender and they will be sent back to me. Or I can send you a prepaid label to drop them off. Or we can continue to work through posh support but I’m really not sure what they will do. I’m totally good with whatever you choose as I know my thoughtless mistake totally put you out.
