ahorradora I gave you three stars for packing because you were really sloppy at packing. Part of the shrug got glued to the envelop glued section and it was cut at opening even when cutting over the safety line. I also marked other because you did not disclaim the item was heavily worn and had lint balls all over, specially in the underarm. That is disgusting. I believe 3 is more than fair ratting for your shipping.
