Good morning, I am so sorry by mistake in a hurry to ship right away after work Friday I shipped out the wrong Nikes. You bought the grey and blue Mens Nikes Friday and I forgot they were listed and sent you another grey Nikes I had just listed. Pleas don't open the box. Coming from me in Montesano wa. I will ship your right away and ask what to do now. Can you write return to sender and send back? I am so sorry the post office is closed sat here and I wanted to shop right away for you

@csataloff thank you so much for understanding. They responded and weren't much help, didn't give me label information. They said you have to file a claim? I am happy to send the shoes to you I need a label. So sorry this happened. I have emails in. Weird you have to file a report when I offered to make it right right away. Can you ask poshmark support and I will cooperate with whatever needs to be done. I am sorry they want you to contact them.

@csataloff I received an update that the wrong Nikes have not been returned? Were you able to print off the return label poshmark sent you and drop them off at the post office? I have been asking about a new shipping label I assume you need to send my pair back to cancel out the transaction for a new label. Please let me know when you return them. Sooooo sorry for this mess

@rubysage hi Kelly. Poshmark has sent me a shipping label and I will be dropping the box off today at the post office. Poshmark sent me a message to say I needed to mail it within 2 days - not much time when I was away for the weekend. You should get the shoes back by the end of the week :) Thanks
