Hey! I’m sorry you went through the same thing I did! I found out that if you don’t accept the order you can generate an order problem and start a returns process. I’ve gotten about 20 items on Poshmark and this was my only bust. Everything else I loved. The key is be wary of boutiques, particularly ones that only picture stock photos and not the actual product.
