xostace @cristajlokim Hey doll. I'm so sorry, when I shipped it, I was expecting it to update through USPS but it was sent back to me. I don't know if it was the address or what but I wrote to Posh support when it came back to my house and they said you would get a full refund and to not reship it because the label wouldn't work. Did you receive a refund? It should be in your balance. Let me know so I can reach out to Posh support.

xostace @cristajlokim Oh shoot, I'm sorry, my last sale was a lady who had your same name and her username began the same. I got it now. I'll be happy to help you. Can you check the USPS number on their site and see where it is or if it was shipped? After that, If it says it was delivered and you haven't received it, you can contact Posh support and submit a claim. Then you can call USPS and file one as well. It may be lost or delayed but I can only know after you check the tracking number.
