lizasluckyfinds Oh I am so sorry the Chacos were so disappointing! :( These were given to me to sell and weren’t my size so I never even tried them on. :/ I think the straps are adjustable if you pull them? Maybe the toe loop is able to be adjusted? I just googled and found a web page on adjusting the straps with a toe loop! I hope that might be able to help you! Again I’m so sorry you were so disappointed to leave a one star. :(

knsresaleshop Hi there! You purchased the chacos from me on October 11 and I shipped them the same day. I’ve been checking the tracking for several days and it shows they are at the Eugene, Or post office. I’ve called my local post office and they can’t really help me but suggested that I contact you and see if you could call your post office and see if what information they have. You may have already received them and it’s just not updated.
