belovedisabel @sunshyn4me Yes, on certain days like today (called Closet Clearout), when sellers lower the price by at least 10% of the lowest price, then discounted shipping is automatically offered to all likers for a few hours (I think 6 hours). On all other occasions, discounted shipping is done by sellers and the seller pays the difference. Hope that makes sense! :)
