bmanakas Cheryl, I’m sorry it was broken…I had insulted him with foam all around him and then inserted him in a bubble bag… you mentioned it was a packing issue was he removed from the top & handle pulling up… I have send these before with no issue . I would like to know where he is broke & if the box was crushed…. It had fragile on all sides

cadmakui @bmanakas I don't know how to send a pic.but it was broken at the left shoulder where it meets the arm. looks like it can be fixed.the box was damaged on that side.did not unwrap it all the way, but it looks like it is okay the rest of the way from what I can see.I was not sure what to do.It is a really nice piece.

bmanakas Cheryl I think the only way a picture at this time, would be to me my text 760-835-1803. Please take a picture of the box because if I need to make a claim for you I will need to show that the pictures of the box was damaged with the fragile written on it. Once again we do our best to ship things so that they come in perfect condition, but the Post office doesn’t always care about packages even if they say fragile. If there is anything I can do to help please don’t hesitate to contact me🙋‍♀️
