Hi, you purchased the hair chop sticks from me. I’m a bit confused with the rating. I did describe them in the listing, and they are pictured with all sides of the original packaging. I don’t know what other description I could have provided. I also mailed them the same day you purchased, so really don’t understand how shipping time was mentioned for improvement. I sold them for a fraction of what I paid for them. Sorry if they did not meet your expectations.
