Hi there!
You purchased a bundle (three tops) from me this morning (or last night) and one of my items is at my other home, which I will not be returning to until May 5. Would you be ok with me shipping all three first thing when I return? If not I can send you the two items I have and mail the third item after May 5. I would rather not do this but I will if necessary. I apologize for the confusion and inconvenience 🙃

Carolee I had to cancel the order as I was missing one of the three pieces (the short sleeve Tommy Hilfigger pink top). This is what Posh customer support advised me to do. I reached out to you the day after your purchase confirmation but I did not hear back. If you would like to reorder the other two items I have them ready to ship. I also have the third too but it is in my other home which I will return to on May 6.

Hi Carol, I was packing your purchase and I realized the seam from the middle of the shirt was coming unraveled. I don't want to attempt to fix it. I am a terrible seamstress. I will certainly send it anyway, and I invite you to pick out any shirt from my closet. I will return your money if you prefer, I have never had to do a return, so I dont know how to proceed. Please let me know. I have a few WHBM dresses and pants also.

They have been trying to deliver, but do not have access to delivery location. I don't know exactly what that means, but you should either make contact with your mail man, or go to post office.

@enwaldc I checked to see if there was any kind of update with your order and unfortunately it doesn’t show any sort of 2nd attempt made. Did they leave a slip saying they tried to deliver on Saturday or if they would try again before bringing it to the post office for pick up?
