crussell1029 @caaassandraaa93 hey girl! I got the purse.. thanks for sending it so quick. I thought it was the exact same as my old one but it’s not 😔 my old one was a little bigger and the long strap was long so that I could wear it as a cross body- which was how I used it. Do you think we can do a return? I’m so sorry.. I was so hoping this was the same.. everything else is except the size and the long strap. Let me know your thoughts! Hope you had a great Christmas!

If you have Ven mo we can just do the refund personally if you’re ok with that. I’m so sorry. I just know if I can’t do a cross body then I won’t use it 😔
