Hi Cari, I'm so sorry you're unhappy with your purchase! I'm kind of new to Poshmark so I will look into how to handle returns and how to return money to buyers. The necklace was made to be mixed metallics and looks exactly as it did when brand new and I thought the photos showed exactly what it looks like. I'll be in touch!
