@ckaptsbk So sorry to hear that. It was a Priority box. I’ve heard back from them via email - they told me the issue was resolved as a “lost package” & they will be issuing you a refund on their end, as the package is tracked as delivered, but clearly something went amiss. These earrings were gorgeous, so I am so sad and sorry for you 😢

@deegeedoll Hi - so sorry for the delay. The hat is at my sisters place. We are in process of moving and I work full time and have kids so life is crazy lol. If you can wait a week plus for me to ship - great. If not I understand and can cancel order. No problem at all! I didn’t expect it to sell so fast! I have had stuff up for eons and nothing!
