We were disappointed to see the rating from your purchase. You mentioned shipping time so let me address that. Your order was received at 2:58pm on Sunday the 17th. Posh recommends shipping items within 3 days. We did much better than that and had it packaged, shipped and scanned at the post office at 12:16pm the NEXT DAY (Monday). It simply doesn't get better or faster than that.

We ship immediately to eliminate any delays on our end. However, the post office is understandably overwhelmed the week before a holiday and they took a little extra time to get your delivery completed. But, we have no control over USPS and did 5 star work to get your item out immediately. Just wanted to clarify.
