Hi, I mailed out the striped dress the same day you bought it. It was definitely snail mails fault, you can even refer to the tracking. Nonetheless I’m glad you mentioned in your feedback that you agree as well. Can u change the rating to 5 stars if the item itself is satisfactory since i shouldn’t be rated a 4 due to USPS?
