Hi! I just saw your review of the watch and I am sorry that this happened. The watch was in perfect condition directly from the manufacturer when I sent it to you. I video tape each product of mine before I ship it and while a ship it to protect both myself and you as the buyer.

It’s been almost 3 weeks since it was delivered and unfortunately I can’t do anything since it’s been that long in your possession. My recommendation to you is to contact Michele directly and inquire about their warranty. All watches are covered under their warranty for I believe up to one year from purchase date. Hope that helps.
